Aroma was caramel and undefined piney hops. Flavor was mild biscuit, perhaps a bit of spicy hops. Some citrus and earth. Bitter tinge, tocuh thin, and a bit of carbonation bite. Just sort of there. Consumed while watching the White Sox take the Mariners behind the woodshed. BrewDad (2366), Olympia, Washington, USA

A great orangish yellow color with a smooth and silky head. Great aroma and a great tasting beer. If you have had a hot day in the sun this is the beer to grab. Good use of mat and hops and the flavor is just killer. Mmmmmmm gputty (456), Virgina Beach, Virginia, USA

Flavor is bitter hops all the way from start to finish. Body is overly thin. A good drinker though. Lebeter (11), West Seattle, Washington, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 31, 2006 Bottle. Bottle conditioned. Pours clear light copper with small off-white head. Dissipates quickly leaving a layer of foam that leaves some lacing. Aroma isn’t too strong, and is of cascady, grapefruity hops. Bitter with a light, thin, carbonated mouthfeel. Balanced way towards hops, without a ton of character. This is a drinkable, summer-type pale ale. Nothing bad, but nothing real great either. murrayswine (101), Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 27, 2006 Pours a orange/gold with a slight fog.
Litle to no head appears on a straight pour. Minimal lacing, but I’m not worried yet.
The smell is all tart fruity hops with a little hint of yeast.
The taste is lighter than I expected, but I’m a hop addict so I am slightly biased. It finishes refreshing and extremely drinkable. could be the easiest session pale ale I have ever had. Not strong on the hops, but delightfully balanced.
