Pours a clear pale copper with a one finger off-white head that fades to a ring leaving some lacing. Aroma of citrus and floral hops with sweet malt and light caramel. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a mild to moderate amount of bitterness. Very good. brettpace (179), Northridge, California, USA

Pours amber orange with an off white head. Nice cascade hop and malty aroma. Nicely balanced between caramel maltiness and moderate juicy hops. Nice clean and bitter finish. I wish I took notes, because I would love to analyze this one a little more. Not aggressive, but in a good way. Sometimes you need a pale ale that is not going to sandblast your palate, and this fits the bill. alafito (334), tijuana, Mexico

Great beer overall. Ibrew2or3 (2848), Safety Harbor, Florida, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 30, 2009 Courtesy of ditmier. Pours clear deep copper with light tan head. The aroma has a touch of pine hops to go along with crystal malts, some mild amounts of nuttiness and floral hops. The taste begins floral, pine and biscuit. It gets a tad roasty by midway with a dash of graininess. Into the finish a note of nuttiness blends into the remaining lingering flavors to create a tasty and balanced finish. Nice malt forward pale ale. murrayswine (101), Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, USA

Litle to no head appears on a straight pour. Minimal lacing, but I’m not worried yet.
The smell is all tart fruity hops with a little hint of yeast.
The taste is lighter than I expected, but I’m a hop addict so I am slightly biased. It finishes refreshing and extremely drinkable. could be the easiest session pale ale I have ever had. Not strong on the hops, but delightfully balanced.
