Apr 16, 2009 On tap at Flying Saucer in Ft. Worth. Pours clear golden with white head. Aroma is hoppy with citrus and some light caramel malts. Flavor is hoppy with citrus and some malt. Good hop punch and nice malt balance. Decent pale ale.

Aug 27, 2007 Draft: Pours an orange copper color with a perfect 1 finger white head. Aroma of carmel and citrusy and floral hops. Flavor is malty and chewy carmel malts, mild hop bitterness with a floral and pithy orange rind like flavor. Nicely balanced and easy to drink but nothing spectacular.

May 2, 2008 Pours an abundant beige head, with a deep yet clear yellow/amber color, fantastic aroma very floral, and different hops there for sure,the flavor is quite good reminds me a lot of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, which is great. This one have a somewhat apple presence to me, very light bodied, yet with good ABV content, easy drinkability very nice with some red Enchiladas for dinner. Cheers!!

Oct 3, 2009 POurs orange. Nose is sweet malts and pine/citrus hops. Soft honey. Flavor is bready, sweet malty caramel, fresh citrus hops. Insanely drinkable.

Mar 14, 2009 Translucent tangerine color with a frothy off-white head. Pulpy, unripe grapefruit aroma with a little bit of caramel and a little pale malt. Flavor is pale malty with grapefruit drupelets and some light esters. Maybe even a hint of cantaloupe rind? Biscuity malt rather than the more typical (and tasty) caramel flavor in most pale ales. Mouthfeel is medium-light with an understated carbonation that makes for a smooth sip. High drinkability but low complexity and a little too weak in all areas.
