Hazy copper pour, with a soapy, sudsy lace - quite a tasty and assertive APA - fairly crisp, dry and bitter up front - this is followed by a malt character more in line with british pales than american ones - dry, biscuity malts, slight earthiness, a hint of diacetyl/buttery flavor - actually, aside from the fresher hop character, I would classify this as a british pale - not a bad one, though.

Clear peach color with nice off tan head when poured into a tulip. Hardly any aromas. Taste is mellow citrus, apricot with a nice malty back. Slightly sweet but somehow also crisp. Nice and hoppy without being over the top. Really well balanced.

Amber with a sweet caramel malty aroma backed by hops and floral accents. Flavour has some suprising apple and pear sweetness, and it’s very nicely balanced with the hops (too many pales are just over hopped). Even some grape flavour going on as this ends with a nice sublte bitterness.

Great cascade aroma. Amber in color with a small white head. Not quite as much hop flavor or bitterness as the aroma suggests, but what is there is nice. Nicely balanced. Solid APA, thats very easy to find in the northwest.

Bottle Thin, thin head, clear copper color, very fizzy. Citric PNW hop aroma, sharp. a bit thin and too high on the CO2...its bitter, but still fairly smooth. Not getting much malt through the bitter hops. Good if your other choices are bland lagers...I once enjoyed drinking it from the tap at a dive bar in Portland(the Matador) while most everybody else I was with slugged down PBR. I was glad to have a Mirror Pond at that point!

Pours a three finger off-white head that fades slowly leaving a good lace. Clear amber color. Piney almost grapefruit hop nose. Good carbonation and medium bodied. Favor is mild grapefruit hops with hints of sweetness. 12oz bottle - gift from Portland, OR.

straw color thick off white head well laced. Citrus hop aroma (cascades) some grass and a light maltiness. Avg palate. Flavor is simple light dry grass notes some flower pedlas and a very small malt. Perfect session APA, very light and easy to drink.

creamy head, nice red/orange color.semi-cloudy, nice aroma with a slighty fruity hint. crisp flavor with a good hop finish. the nice finish overshadows the somewhat mild flavor
