COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mos Eisley was soured in our kettle here in Portland and aged for complete melding of all its nuanced characteristics. This sour boasts 12 different malts and one type of hop; Saaz. Together, they create a complex fruity ale with a tart finish.

Iíll be the first to tell you, Iím not a sophisticated beer drinker. I canít perfectly describe the mouthfeel or texture, but if youíre looking for a beer thatís very different from the norm, this is it. It is very refreshingly different, and one of the better beers Iíve had. I almost bought a growler of the stuff to go, thatís how much I like it. I would very highly recommend this beer to anyone!

Very sour, but it works well. Clear, no head. Unique red appearance. Tart. Smells spoiled, but I think its supposed to.

Tap in Portland - Little carbonation, mild nose. Sour palate but not much else. Shows the style.

On tap at Deschutes in Portland. Pours gold, with no head. Definitely tart, slightly funky citrus, but refreshing -- not too much pucker in the flavor. Nice and approachable.
