COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Characterized by the use of Chocolate malt for a roasted flavor and Northwest hops (Cascades) for a citrus finish. Pale malt, Wheat and Flaked Barley contribute to its smooth body. It has a higher alcohol % than our Bond Street Brown (which is categorized as an English Brown)

1/1/08 with Bikesanbeer, and Deschutes was open even though we thought we it wouldn’t be open till the next day, 6th brewery of the trip. Pours dark brownish amber with a bright white head. Nose of sweet malts. Taste is sweet and malty, pretty good, brown.

Reddish brown. Aroma is caramel, nut, chocolate, moderate to light hops, hint of roast. Medium bodied, solid brown.
