COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a red ale brewed with traditional Irish yeast. This beer has a healthy addition of Liberty hops. The English malts add balance to the beer. This beer is made magically delicious by the added steep of nitrogenation. IBU’s: 25. ABV 5.32%.

Pint at the brewpub. Pours dark red with an evenly built head/body obviously the work of nitrogen. The aroma is muted with vague woody qualities. Not bad at all, just real subtle. The palate is creamy. Pretty straightforward, drinkable ale here. Basically woody-tasting malt qualities with hints at caramel and some really light bitterness for balance. Certainly a drinkable ale if nothing else.
