COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the Final installation of US grown experimental hops for this year. Hop #511 displays a very clean bitterness with light fruit and herbal aromas.

On tap at the Portland brewery. A very odd brew. Pours a deep copper color with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet hops and caramel. The flavor has a strong buttery flavor that could be diacetal but maybe its intended, caramel, light bitter hops. Interesting. Unusual.
