From our recent brew, Trojan Horse IPA, emerges Odysseus IPA; a warrior of the style. A light malt body with a big nose of Amarillo and Northern Brewer hops. Are you ready?

draft. nutty, spiced, bready and crunchy toffee and baked cracker malt character. grainy, twangy and crusty late. sourish with resinous, raw, unrefined hop flavor and moderately strong bitterness. not a fan.

On tap at Deschutes Brewpub. Pours a hazy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma of muted citrus hops and pine. Flavour is lightly floral, piney hops, orange peel, citrus fruits. Average, nothing special.

On tap at Deschutes Brewpub, split with Matts_Property, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of very light fruity hops and light caramel malt. Flavour of bitter fruity and citrusy hops with a light caramel malt backbone. Pretty standard IPA.
