COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This West Coast IPA is like that sweet little Nordic trail off the main trail of Meissner - it takes the high road. Using Pilsner base malt, it is light on malt but not hops. With a hop bill consisting of Amarillo, Centennial, Northern Brewer, and experimental hop X, we packed in the pine along with the citrus notes we love.

Cloudy golden color. Big piny vegetal hop aroma. A little malt in the flavor but the hops are big and bitter. Nice beer but a little on the bitter piny side for me.

Bottle - solid light gold pour with a bubbly head. Slightly earthy but the pine taste does come out. Light resinous mouthfeel. Medium bitter finish.

Aroma is fresh yeast, pine and spices. The flavor is pine needles, citrus, light fruit and a grainy/berry/bitter finish.

A lighter colored IPA, this has some vice hops but also a weird malty flavor and a fairly dry finish. Decent

12oz bottle. Good size head with the first pour that fades to a ring with good lacing. Aromas start with a grassy pine nose that weaken too soon. Flavors start with malty pine that gives way to the bitterness. Strong bitterness with a very dry finish. Refreshing on a hot day. I like the flavors to be more balanced instead of hop bitter domination. Good beer, but won’t get more.

Clear dark gold to orange pour with a two finger, creamy off white head that has great retention and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is full of pine, some spicy hops, citrus, light dank hops, some cereal, toasty grain oil, and a little biscuit. Flavor is pine resin and spruce tips, sweet cereal malt, a little toast, Amarillo-like spicy citrus, some dankness, a little mango and guava. Medium body, creamy to juicy entry, slightly more syrupy middle, medium carbonation and dry finish with a pretty good hop acid bite. Really good stuff, I actually enjoyed letting this warm up a bit as the hop notes evolved nicely.

2015 chinook + experimental hops. Pours a light gold frothy head. Good hop aroma some malt sweet malt and toast/ bready. Some ester, not sure hops or yeast ester. Tastes malty has a semi cloying sweet in finish that I get with Deschutes often, bready citrus floral lemon. Lots of pine, sweet mint like. Pine and grapefruit strong bitter. Good ipa. Cleanish refreshing a bit sweet almost cloying flavor.Strongish maltysweet finish. Equally strong bitter though
