COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This light-bodied brew is infected with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Lambicus in oak casks. Italian tart plum was added to complete the roundness of the sour flavor and to add a hint of color.

Dark in color, light head. This was a light brew with a good use of Bret. I liked the sour flavors and good finish. This was a great sour.

Sample at GABF 10/11/2012, thanks to Bluemeow76 for assistance with note-taking. Hazy dark amber color with a medium off-white head and strings of lace. Aroma of tart fruit and malt. Light-bodied with an oaky Brett character with touches of plum and spice. The finish is fruity with a nice ripe plum aftertaste. Good beer overall.

On tap @ the brewpub in Bend. Very hazy amber with a low white head that leaves a delicate network of lace. Aroma is light and sour. The flavour brings more spicy plum fruit to balance the sourness, but everything is in perfect balance and clarity. The fruit is genuine, and easy to appreciate in harmony with the lightly yoghurt sourness. Spending more time with this beer allows a light funk essence to come forward. A beautiful beer.
