This is the beer that catapulted our brewery to the current stardom we now enjoy. Every heard of Mirror Pond Pale Ale? Well, this is the original (also made with copious quantities of Cascade hops). You can only get it at the Bond Street brewpub. IBU’s: 45. ABV 5.2%.

Fresh Hop version on tap at the brewpub. You can smell the late additions, almost as if it were still on boil. Flavor is bright and crisp. Only bad thing is that you can’t bottle that aroma and flavor.

On tap at the brewpub in Bend. I couldn’t take good notes since I was there with the family and the kids were both having fits. I remember liking it and also remember wishing it was 15%.

On Tap at the Bend BP Mild but flavorful pale ale with that fresh wet hop feel and flavor. Soft and easy drinking.

The was a light orange pour with a small white head, light carbonation, and light lacing The nose is very distinctly citrus and flowery hops on top of caramel malts. The body is medium and the mouthfeel is smooth. The taste has a slight twang with some grapefruit flavors. The finish is dry with a long lingering bitter aftertaste. Tastes much like Mirror Pond but seems incredibly well balanced. If you visit the brewpub don’t miss this. An American classic.
