3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured with little carbonation and a little lighter than normal per style. Tasted like a watery and thin quad with hitns of tart sourness. Fairly unimpressive, i get the feeling they put a fermented out quad into barrels with bugs for a short period of time because they bug have had little effect so far.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Portland brewery. Pours golden with a thin lead and moderate lacing. Aromas of toasted malt and sugar. Palate was almost chewy. Complex flavor combines caramel, bread, fruit, and a slight bitter finish. Respectable quad.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On Tap at the PDX BP
Clear deep golden color witha thin lively white head that dissipates rather quickly.
Full sweet fruity aroma of figs, melons and a bit boozy.
Soft smooth palates and a soft carbonation level makes this a real smooth sipper. Just enough bitterness at the end so as to avoid being syrupy.
