A remarkably quaffable English-style India Pale Ale, Quail Springs I.P.A. is hopped with Chinook, Crystal, Magnum, Styrian and U.K. Kent hops, imparting a floral aroma and lively bitter flavor.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Thoroughly pleasing rosey, floral aromas and high malty candy carmel hues in the bouquet and gorgeous pale burnt orange color make this unusual IPA one to be beat before it hits the tongue. It packs a big mouth of bitter in itís crisp, light-medium body. Itís got a citric and bushy bitter finish. This is too aromatic and too crisp to be British. Itís also not dry or (over)hoppy enough to be a typical West Coast IPA. Very nice though.

A middle of the road IPA. Not hoppy enough for my tastes. If you like English IPAs, this could be your beer.
