3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
bottle - Very floral nose, not what I was expecting from a beer with an IPA label. Pours a clear light golden hue. Palate is smooth with the real hop flavor in the aftertaste. Flavor blends a mild hoppiness with a spice note that mellows it all out.

From the bottle.<!-- p -->
Pours a light orange amber; the aroma is mildy hopped, slightly sour, amply malted. The flavor follows, laid back on the hops by PacNW IPA standards. fairly well balanced out by the chewy malts, a bit sour and metallic on the tongue.

While this is no standout, it seems to be plenty drinkable, and I think better than the Inversion IPA that supposedly will be its replacement.
