A flavorful malt-accented English Brown Ale with subtle notes of biscuit, caramel, and Oregon Hazelnuts. This brew is smooth and mellow like its namesake accompanied by a mild residual sweetness and slightly spicy herbal hop character.

On nitro from the tap and the Public House in Bend, this beer is deep mahogany with a creamy tan head. Aroma is nuts and bread with a very low hop character. Nitro gives a full mouthfeel. Flavor is heavy on the biscuit and nuts. Very smooth and refreshing. Finishes with a slight sweetness and some hop spice.
