COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Here’s a twist on a wheat ale. How about a bunch of caramel malts and some cascade hops? We thought it sounded good too. We used our house ale yeast at a low fermentation temperature to keep the ester production low, unlike a traditional hef. A light touch of cascade aroma finishes this session-able wheat ale real nicely. Tip one back! 2012 vintage - 4.8% abv
