COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Here’s one that’s clean and refreshing enough for the long haul, but fully graced with hop aroma, malt heft and clear craft passion. Sit back, relax, and let the subtle pleasures reveal.

5000 (6298) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - AUG 11, 2013
Bottle:   Golden hue, thin to moderate frothy off-white head, spotty lacing.   Soft dough and grassy notes.   Faint spices, but too hard to distinguish what they are.   Smooth maltiness up front, a little grassy, a touch of dough.   Clean and easy.   As it warms it gets a little mealy tho.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Pale bready finish, very pale, grassy, malty, mealy, with a touch of honey.   Not bad, light, clean, probably a great one to sip on a super hot day, on the river no less!

Aroma: light malty aroma of grain. Appearance: white head with fair lacing, mostly diminishing, clear body, yellow hue. Flavor: light sweetness and slightly acidic initial flavor. Short finish is the same. Palate: light body, watery texture, soft carbonation.

3/28/13. Sampled during CBC 2013. Golden orange pour with a small off-white head. Lighter aroma, bready malts, light biscuit, a hint of citrus. Slightly better flavor, more bready malts, more of a citrus kick. Tasty enough.

Had a sample in a flight at Blue Palms. Solid, if unadventurous. Mild hops, very drinkable and refreshing.

Very nice of bread with some caramel. Pours a hazy amber with a thin head. The flavor has a lot of malt with a nice bitter balance. Crisp and clean. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at an Irish Pub somewhere in Santa Monica thanks to DedicatedToFun. Clear orange pour with weaker foam. Unsweetened tea nose. Tea, deep malt density, maple in taste. Clean mouthfeel. Not sticky sweet or astringent. Not bad.

Tap at Obrien’s, good golden ale, light, easy to drink, definitely a sit back and relax kind of beer.

Tap at Deschutes in PDX. Mostly clear light orange pour with a small wispy white head. Mild grassy/earthy hop aroma and taste. Grainy malts. Easy drinking and pretty flavorful. Good yard beer for the summer months.
