3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy deep blond color with compact head. Malt and fruity hops aroma, delicate, nice. Dry mouthfeel, not too weak, with toffee malt flavor, reasonable bitterness, and very nice soft hop resins, also some hop fruitiness.
At this gravity, a real pleasure; well brewed, balanced, fresh.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours light amber with a slight white head. Aroma is a strange mix of toffee and floral. Med minus body. Flavor starts fruity, gets a little mixed hop, and then goes a little wheaty. The pleasures are too subtle for me.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pale golden pour with a white head. Floral hops, lemon peel, and some grass. Maybe a bit of biscuit. Really light aroma. The flavor is pretty light, too. Mildly bitter, some citrus and grass notes, and a floral hop quality. Some bread and biscuit sweetness. That’s pretty much it...

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at an Irish Pub somewhere in Santa Monica thanks to DedicatedToFun. Clear orange pour with weaker foam. Unsweetened tea nose. Tea, deep malt density, maple in taste. Clean mouthfeel. Not sticky sweet or astringent. Not bad.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sample at the Bend brewpub. The beer is a clear copper color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops and bready malt. Light-bodied with flavors of hops, citrus and sweet malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
bottle. lightly hazed gold body, lightly effervescent, small white foam head. sweet celery, lemon oil, dandelion, wort, metal flakes, grape juice, makeup powder, saltine crackers and ketchup aroma. grainy, gritty solvent through the finish, hello there again. soda carbonation, mostly dry, seems artificially flavored: rice cakes, dandelions, lemon candies, vegetables, soil, stale crackers and solvent. the label says clean and refreshing. the label says clean. clean. maybe it’s just me.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap. Pours with a clear golden body and a lasting white head. Good lace. Aromas are of honey, biscuity, bready malt with low floral and lightly herbal hops. Quite clean. Flavors are of straw, bitter, light acidity, floral, bready and estery strawberry. Easy to drink, but bland and not particularly crisp or refreshing. Full carbonation and dry. Good overall for a blonde ale.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Growler, brought to Christmas dinner by my bro-in-law. Medium yellow, slightly hazy, generous head indicating growler freshness. Light biscuity malts and delicate floral hops, very refreshing and balanced. A terrific lower ABV brew.
