COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A malt dominated easy drinking German Dunkel brewed with large portions of Pilsner and Munich malt. Hints of chocolate and noble hops balance out its delicate flavor. This Lager beer was then carefully aged in Rye Whiskey barrels for a period of 3 months giving it a smooth flavor and aroma that will keep you coming back for more.

On tap last night at the Deschutes Public House in Bend. Rated this with my 5 year old’s crayon on paper. Didn’t have a pen and didn’t want to use a pain in the ass smart phone to enter this in! Pours hazy brown with reddish highlights; has a small beige head that reduces to a collar. Aroma is full of caramel, rye, wood. Taste is sweet and meaty, full of raisins and anise, delicious. Creamy mouthfeel. Awesome.
