Sample at the Bend brewpub. The beer is a hazy dark yellow color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart fruit and wheat. Light-bodied with flavors of sour fruit, oak, bananas and yeast. The finish is fruity with a vinous aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at Belmont Station, pours a hazy golden orange with no head. Aroma of tart oranges, oak wine, and brett. Flavour brings out loads of wine notes, a bit of peppery spice, and loads of tart wheat. Hugely vinous, finishing tart and wheaty. Great stuff, but perhaps a bit too vinous.

Tap at Deschutes, Bond St, Bend 23/05/13. Lightly hazed golden amber with a thin off white head that clears edgeward. Nose carries a good soured fruit waft, tarte gooseberries, lemon rind, woody notes, cobwebs, touch of sugar, light funk. Taste comprises tarte apples, damp wood, funk, grape skins, yeast notes, soured berry fruit, musty. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tarte fruit on the finish. Decent enough sour.
