COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
According to Reinheitsgebot-The German Purity Law-beer should only be made with 4 ingredients: malt, hops, water, and yeast. This beer takes this philosophy to the next level. It has just one hop; an experimental hop exclusive to Deschutes Brewery. Just one malt; Marris Otter, a floor malted malt from England. Just one yeast; our house strain. And just one water source from the Bridge Creek water shed. Sometimes in life it’s good to keep things simple. IBU’s:50 Alcohol Content: 5.2%

Draft @ Brewpub: Pours a very light golden color with a smaller white head. Nose is mild of citrus and malts. Flavor is light bits of citrus and malty sweetness. Very clean and crisp taste. This suprised me a bit. Yes, it was simple, but very pure and thus satisfying and quite drinkable.
