COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This year’s version of the classic Belgian farmouse ale is constructed from the highest-quality ingredients from England and Europe: Maris Otter malt and East Kent Golding hops from England, Pilsner malt and Tettnang Hallertauer hops from Germany, Styrian Golding hops from Slovenia, Saaz hops fro Czech, Muscat Grapes from California and various spices from around the world. If that wasn’t enough, we then sequestered this brew into vessels with wild yeast!

Tap at the Portland brewpub. Medium amver pour with a small, nearly indistinct white head. This bad boy is uber aromatic from the get-go, with cherries, vinous notes, lacto, light funk. This tastes very sour as well, with the funk nicely accentuating the fruity flavors. This one is right up there with Dissident in my mind.

Tap @ their PDX brewpub... Poured amber/orange with a thin head that faded quickly. Funky, tart lactic and Brett yeast nose. Light bodied, well spiced, lots of fruit tones, a little vinous, candied sweetness, very dry all throughout with a bone dry finish and quite a bit of sourness. Also notes of horse blanket and vinegar.
