Tap at Deschutes: Light golden pour with a smaller white head. Aroma is faint, but good. Mostly citrus and caramel. Very sweet. The tastes is more soft in the citrus hops with plenty of caramel sweetness. Really light and clean. A decent session brew.

Tap @ their Portland Public House... Poured clear golden with a white head. Grainy, floral aroma with a little bit of soap. Palate was mellow and smooth. Flavors were a little musky and a bit like your usual golden with some added hops for a pleasant bitterness. Would be a good session as it reminded my of Boddington’s
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Angeloregon (2054) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUN 18, 2008
On tap at Bond Street in Bend, OR--Poured a clear deep golden-copper hue with a small white silky top. Spicy, fruity hops nose (subtle). Biscuity. The Deschutes seasonals reflect the hops shortage much like other NW brewers. Crisp, somewhat floral finish. Creamy, lingering flavor. Good beer.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 ABUSEDGOAT (1937) - California, USA - NOV 4, 2006
Golden orange. Aroma is very fruity with notes of pears and grapefruit as well as bread. Flavor profile is similar to an APA, but I believe this belongs as a golden ale. Very tasty for what it is.
