COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian special ale was made to open the mind and excite the palate. The mash consists of pilsner malt, Special B malt, rolled oats, chocolate, and Guagillo peppers. While we boiled this beer we added candied sugar and Hallertau hops. We then sent it to the fermentor with Trappist yeast patiently waiting for its feast. This rtisanal ale is a slow sipper and a though provoker.

Draught at Deschutes in Portland. Amber color with pretty red tints. Tart fruity aroma with horse blanket. Slightly bretty, with strong fruit. Light tartness in the flavor, with cherries, raisins, a smooth, creamy body and a peppery tongue. The finish is dry, after a relatively sweet fruity flavor, and big alcohol. This must be either aged in wood or includes brett yeast. Well-done and unique.
