Draught at Deschutes in Portland. Amber color with pretty red tints. Tart fruity aroma with horse blanket. Slightly bretty, with strong fruit. Light tartness in the flavor, with cherries, raisins, a smooth, creamy body and a peppery tongue. The finish is dry, after a relatively sweet fruity flavor, and big alcohol. This must be either aged in wood or includes brett yeast. Well-done and unique.
