COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Easy drinking American-style pale ale with a twist: 2 types of fancy chocolate were added to the mash to give added depth of flavor. The chocolate contributes mainly to the color, but also mingles with the Cascade and Liberty hops for a great aroma. IBU's: 43

On tap at Deschutes’ Bond Street Brewpub in Bend, OR--Cloudy orange sienna body with tiny white wispy head. Faintly malt cereal and spiced hops nose. Well-carbonated, good clean presence. Not much evidence of chocolate on the palate. Sessionable, crisp.

Draft @ Bond Street Brewpub, Bend OR. Pours a slightly hazy dark golden color with a small white head. Has a sweetish malty aroma with some hoppy grapefruit hints. Sweetish malty and slightly hoppy flavor with some citrus hints. Has a sweetish malty hoppy finish.

Amber orange colored. Aroma is earth, grapefruit, some citrus. Medium bodied, quite drinkable. Sorta like an Amber IMO. Decent.
