Draught @ Deschutes in Bend: Blackened brown, moderate frothy beige head, spotty lacing. Hoppy nose, roasted malts are there but not as assertive as others. Seems to be moreso on the IPA side than the porter side. Has a roastiness, but its secondary to the hop juiciness. Body and mouthfeel are moderate. Clean, inviting. Enjoying this one more than I thought I would. Good balance, not overly roasty. A lighhter example than most only because it seems as if most do IIPA style brews. Good balance. Enjoyable.
