This craft made malt liquor was made with Vienna, Pilsner, and
Munich malts. Loads of German Perle, Halletuarer, and Czech Saaz hops were used to balance this easy drinking, golden lager.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draught at the Bend brewpub. dark gold in color with a small white head. The aroma is actually pretty fruity with definite peach, and some spicy hops as well. Medium sweet bready malt flavors with a floral fruitiness that was unexpected. Medium in bitterness and finishes sweet. Medium bodied. A fruity, floral maibock? Weird, but would have been better with a dryer finish. Certainly not traditional either way.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Of a light sunrise color blessed with consistent upward bubbling carbonation that feeds a silky shaving cream head. Honey tipped bouquet speckled with freshly milled grains. The body begins with a touch of honey, and advances to a pool of honeyed hops with a pronounced bitter hop component resultant from the 40 ibu’s.
