COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a special traditional Belgian Ale that is brewed with two different trappist yeast that contribute a distinct fruit nose to the beer. This fruitiness is complemented by a toasted biscuit malt flavor. The beer is balanced with the use of East Kent Golding, Styrian and Saaz Hops.

A lovely golden trippel. Lots of quality yeastiness, rich cookie and biscuity malts, some sweetness and tingling acidity. Sweet banana fruit esthers even out this tasty tasty beer.

Much darker in appearance than I am used to seeing in this style. Small cloudy white head. Sweet maltiness and acidic tangerine fruitiness. Yeasty with just a hint of vanilla in the finish.
