COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A lighter, yet full-flavored, aromatic Ale for the long days of summer. Twilight’s solid malt foundation pairs with distinctive Amarillo hops for flavors every bit as intriguing as bigger, heavier ales. A back porch, lingering sunset wonder.

I had this at Global Brew. I thought this was good. It was something I could drink again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is citrus, light bread and a hint of hops/spices. The flavor is citrus, malts, fruit, a small hint of hop resin and a tangy/bitter finish. Was expecting this to be a Golden Ale not an APA, it was in between the two, a good session ale.

Fresh and bright aroma. Pours with a light head and plenty of carbonation. The color is brassy and very clear. Tastes of grains, with a slightly bitter back. A little tinny. Surprisingly creamy on the palate.

Draft at Frontier. Pours a hazed pale bronze, persistent head. Nose is herbal and somewhat muted overall. Low toasty grain. On tasting, herbal and grassy, hint of butterscotch. Dries out. Toasty with medium bitterness. Really kind of bland overall but drinkable.

Smells of grass and herbs. Pours clear amber with a thin white head that quickly dissipates. Taste starts off pretty nice but ends with a stale aftertaste.

Clear, golden pour with a white head. The aroma has floral hops with a hint of citrus. It has a light body with a crisp texture and lively carbonation. The taste is mildly bitter with a dry finish.

tombyars (1204) - Saltcoats, SCOTLAND - APR 27, 2013
Tasted this in the Salt Cot, Saltcoats (JDW) in April 2013. Cask, handpump dispense. Crystal clear gold in colour with a thin white head. Aromatic elderflower cordial in the long aroma. Thin resiny mouthfeel and good lacing throughout. Pale malt gives a slight digestive biscuit base with tart gooseberry fruit light and crisp in the mouth. Dusty hop resins give a floral note to the fresh lemon grass notes in the bitter aftertaste. Finish is light and citrusy with hints of grapefruit pith noted. An ok session American Pale Ale, more impressed with the extensive portfolio though.

Pint in The Tyburn JDW near Marble Arch. Lighter brown colour with small head. Not too gassy...
