Draft at brewpub: Poured a yellow/straw color with a large white head. Decent lacing. Aroma of light bitters, wheat, and maltiness. Hints of citrus. The taste is smooth up front with a solid wheaty malt, hints of citrus, and a little hop bitters in the tail. A different take on the style - nice.

My brother brough some bottles and brought down a growler of this...it took the trip well..still made the noise when opening. American wheat-clear (i.e. filtered) gold straw with lotsa bubbles and a dense, dirty white head. Definite wheat nose: soft, marshmallow sweet. Some metal. A hint of banana. Taste is sweetish, smooth wheat malt up front. Slight banana and clove (nominal but good that way), but mostly cereal sweet. Spicy hop bitterness towards the otherwise sweetish finish. Soft, proteiny feel on a light-medium body. Good Brew

Sampled draught at Deschutes Public House, Bend Light gold color with a bit of head & lacing. Nose of light hops & fresh oatmeal type wheat. The flavor is rich and tasty with some wheat & hops. Finishes a bit tangy but good!
