A distinct Belgian-style wheat beer known for its subtle white haze. Unmalted wheat and Belgian Pilsner malt make up the grist while Saaz hops and bitter curacao orange peel round it off with a dry, spicy finish.

Draft at brewpub. This came a hazy yellow with a white head and light lacing. Nose of citrus hops and wheat. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor is strong on the citrus side and the finish is dry. Good for the style.

2008 Spring Beer Festival. Pours cloudy yellow with a soft white head. Big spiced nose of citrus and spicy esters. I kinda got a hint of lime from this, but not like that Blue Moon stuff, just a nice cool citrus note.

Draft @ Brewpub: Pours a bit of a dirty yellow color with a large white head. Nose is spicey and bits of citrus hop with the wheat coming through in the taste. The orange peel stands out a bit, but the spicey notes are nice.

Cloudy yellow. Aroma is spiced with oranges, pale malts and hops balance fairly well. Medium to light body, fairly sweet for the style. Decent Wit

On Tap at the BrewPub in Bend, OR Classic cloudy white/yellow with a thin white ring of a head. Soft wheat and pilsner malt. Flavor was also soft and wheaty. Very slight belgian yeast notes. Lively carbonation and a sift unflitered feel. Light and mild.
