Dark brown pour with a brown head. Lots of charred wood and toothpick types flavors with the roasted malt and chocolate overtones. The bourbon is light. Doesn’t come together as well as I would like.

Had on tap at the source. Pours a purplish dark brown with a lively, frothy khaki head two to three fingers in length. Smells and tastes of cocoa powder, liquorice extract, booze, American yeast and caramelized salt. Ends bitter and earthy. Just too strange for me.
