douglas88 (826), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA May 13, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy light orange with a medium white head. The aroma was heavy wheat and some citrus, mostly from the slice of orange put in the beer probably. The taste was dominated by a ton of wheat and assorted grains, some light citrus also. Highly carbonated and quite easy to drink. A good hefe. JoeMcPhee (3815), Jackson Heights, New York, USA Sep 8, 2007 Very cloudy hazy yellow beer with a thick white head. Very citrusy/lemony aroma with a fresh wheaty maltiness. Soft spiciness and very faint clove and floral aroma. Nice quaffable brew.
