Draft @ Brewpub: Pellucid gold, light head and lacing. Nose of thin malt, very light flavor. Thin grassy husk and corn notes. Very bland and boring lager.

Appearance: Clear golden with a small white head
Aroma: Citrus, orange peel
Taste: Sweet malts, candy
This beer was OK, but not one of my favorites.

On tap at the Brewpub. Pours a dark amber with a thick white head. The aroma is malty with some light sweets. The taste is mostly a sweet malty flavor with some sweetness from candy or chocolate and a bit of floral hops. A good session beer for sure.

over all this is the best beer that you can get in utah. but the brewer only makes it about 2 times a year. another good option in the winter is chris’ powder hound porter.

Amber with lasting white head. Crisp citric malt aroma. Smooth drink of caramel malt with razor-sharp tangy finish.
