Nov 14, 2002 deep copper, head with great staying power. nitro ruined it. so thin, no bitterness. baaa. You get some hop taste when its gone. the aroma on this beer is truly interesting. Kaya and I sat at the bar for a good 10 minutes and neither of us could pin it down.

Nov 13, 2002 Nitro poured, which makes for a great appearence/head retention, but kills the flavour. Interesting aroma that I can’t quite place(hops/barnyard?). British malts are apparent, but only a slight bitterness at the end.
