On Tap – High hops aroma with a deep dark golden color. Nice IPA with a clean flavor. The hops where a surprise nice and easy drinking IPA. Nothing over the top this was the best at the brewery.

on tap-pours an off white head and gold color. Aroma is nice sweet/citrus cascade hops. Taste is nice sweet/citrus cascade hops-some bitter/grapefruit, secondary medium malt. Nice APA, aroma better than taste. Mild carbonation.

thin and basic, watery hop profile, bartender had a t-shirt on that said "3.2 and proud of it" really?

(08/2006. Draft). Not bad at all. A nice, big hop aroma definitely on the piney/resinous side, but with pleasant hints of citrus (orangey more than lemon or grapefruit) coming through. This was unfiltered, but a pleasant orange color (tough to tell in the limited bar light, but that’s what it looked like). Head dissipated pretty quick, but decent lace. Flavor was nice, but just didn’t live up to the promise of the nose. Definitely hoppy, with the citrusy orange coming through now more than the pine. Medium bodied and, of couse, a low ABV version of what might have more mouthfeel at bigger levels (can still only sell 4% beer in UT from a tap).

Mountain Brewers Beer Fest 2006. Appearance not judged due to opaque plastic tasting cup. A nice start to the day. Carmel/grain and average strength pine/citrus hopping.

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2005 This is the same amber hue as their Munich lager, but with a great head that adhered to the glass. There’s a powerful grapefruity nose. This is a superbly balanced hoppy-malted beer. Very, very good!!

NABA BeerFest 03: An underhopped pale ale with a well refined body. Stands up well, but a little unbalanced.

strong cascade spicey aroma. cloudy and yellow. Its got the hops, wet and musty. still far to thin.

Light cloudy orange colour. Citric cascade aroma with flavour to match, but not that intense (probably something to do with the 3.2). Grapefruity hops at first, but not super crisp, the hop flavours are kind of muddled, leaving a semi-malt finish.
