Pours a sort of straw color. Typical champagne type head. Aroma is strong with alcohol light fruit and yeast. While I’m sure that any mead lover that also was a lover of raspberries would be stoked about the subtle hints of raspberry in the flavor, I would not necessarily assume that your raspberry loving Grandmother would drink enjoy this. I’m saying this because my raspberry loving grandmother is currently not enjoying this as I speak. I find that a glass of this is rather enjoyable for something that is almost completely foreign to me. Hats off to super small meaderies!
