330ml stubby brown bottle. Christmas gift - part of an assorted six pack from the brewery. Cloudy amber-orange colour with big foam head. Dusty ginseng aroma. Taste is mild French amber ale - biere de garde - with that ginseng again. Drinkable, and oddly interesting, but I’m not sure it’s a flavour that will catch on, or that is terribly attractive in itself. There’s a sense of the gimmick about these beers from Desprat Vins.

Bottled 330ml. -Cloudy amber coloured, small off-white head, some odd dry berries in the nose. Malty caramel and odd fruity like taste with pretty metallic finish. Interesting but not so good.

330ml bottle [Thanx Claudius!]. Cloudy amber colour with average, firm, frothy to creamy, minimally lacing, white head. Caramel malty aroma with a fruity touch of plums, additionally a herbal note like mint (supposedly the gentian). Taste is initially slightly watery, minimally herbal, later with fuller, minimally fruity malt basis, in the finish herbal again and minimally spicy. Not completely bad, but too light bodied and not overly complex despite the special ingredients.

This pours amber with thin foam head.
Aromas: vegetable, burnt rubber.
Mouth: basic strong carbonation like sparkling water, green aftertaste, short.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes fo malt, caramel, and hay.

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy amber red beer with medium head and correct lacing. Nose is acidic and alcoholic like. Aroma is on cara malt and fruity / honey like, slightly sour / acid at the finish, some gentian hints, slightly notes of diacetyl.
