3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft on tap at the Normal Brewpub (Normal, IL). Pours a nicely glowing orange pinkish hue, inviting glow. Firm haziness, with frothy rich tannish head dies to a nice layer and laces well. Aromas are crisp bread, straw, and gentle cherry. Kiss of grass, some straw, gentle cherryskin. Initial is tart and lively, lemon and cherry, tart. Gentle bread, dough, some skin, and gentle straw. Grass, tart. Light body wih some gentle effervescence. Middle is tart and lively, lemon, gentle dryness and tartness linger into the backend and finish. Nice fresh beer with some vibrant flavors, tartness, and good flavors. Nose is abit mellow. The beer itself really hits the spot, nice and tart, fruity, and good sessionability. Nice.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ the brewpub in Champaign. Very hazy medium gold with orange highlights. Aroma is wheaty with light sour cherry notes. Palate is much the same, tart wheat and light sour cherry fruit character. Nice creamy mouthfeel. A surprisingly nice fruit beer. I could definitely make this a summer patio regular.
