COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This dark and eerie Belgian Strong ale is brewed with dark Belgian "candy" sugar, raw sugar and dark, special & aromatic malts. Full-bodied, rich & sweet maltiness, low hop bitterness, flavor & aroma, fruity complexity, deceiving alcohol strength and some phenolic spiciness...much better with food than Chianti ever was.

On tap @ Destihl. Amber colored beer with a white head. Sweet banana, caramel, brown sugar, and dates on the nose. Some raisin, lots of toast, and a hint of vanilla. Subtle nutmeg spice. Flavor is certainly on the sweet side. Big brown sugar and dark fruits. Caramel sauce, banana, and plenty of raisin. Hints of cola and chocolate. Mild spice, alcohol, and vanilla.
