COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This strong pale ale has a deep golden to copper color, medium body, medium maltiness and low caramel character. Floral and citrus-like American-variety hops have been used to produce high hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. Fruity-ester flavors and aromas are strong. Color- SRM 10.

Draft at the Normal location. Pours a deep copper with an offwhite head. The nose is solid, nice and fruity hops, light caramel in the nose and a toasty grain note. Citrus and floral dominate. On tasting, fruity hops permeate. Notes of darker crystal malt on the palate, including some dark fruit notes. Drying finish. medium bodied overall, light astringency. Pretty solid beer.
