Cloudy orange pour with a touch of pink. Strawberries deliver on the nose with banana esters and a touch of cereal. Flavor is mostly bubblegum with a slightly oxidized mild citrus. quite dry and lack of expected sweetness. Likely just past its prime. Nose was great but lacked flavor.

Can thanks to Malec. Light gold with a white head. Artificial strawberry aroma. Tastes slightly less fake than it smells.

Quality control is a bit lacking -- I bought two cans; one exploded while sitting in the 60 F garage, the other expanded the can. That said, for the style, this is one of the better ones Iíve had. The strawberry notes are prominent, but not offputting. Donít expect a lot here, but what you get is quite good.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Destihl Strawberry Blonde Ale has a thick, fizzy, crackly, white head, a semi-clear, bubbly, gold appearance, and some fairly heavy lacing left on the sides of the glass. The aroma is of strawberry, bitter strawberry leaves, vegetable matter, and white bread. Taste is of sweet, bitter, acidic, strawberries, white bread, and some strawberry leaves. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy, and Destihl Strawberry Blonde Ale finishes semi-dry, fruity, and decently drinkable. If youíre into fruit beers (and, Iím not), you might really like it. RJT

12 ounce CaN bought at the Jew Hut .. . gold .. . medium foam .. . strawberry mildness and bitter hay .. . way too much bitterness, feels off .. . there are way better fruited blondes .. . . having a pocket full of sunshine must be terrifying.

Can - Pours golden with a filmy off-white head. Nose is lightly tart vinegar, strawberry, cider, and plastic. Taste is plastic, strawberry yogurt, and a weird off flavor that is both sharp and overripe at the same time. Thin, fluffy, and well-carbonated.

slight haze gold pour very fizzy some white head that vanishes quickly. Aroma bread, yeast, tart underripe strawberries. Tastes yeasty, firm blonde background. slight smear of strawberry jam over the top of bread. slight hop bitter, some butter. sludgy soda palate. pretty good for a fruit beer but needs some clean up.

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a mildly hazy golden yellow with an enormous foamy white head. Aroma of strawbeery and belgian yeast. Taste followed the nose with no bitterness. Dry on the palate and finish. Beer was overly carbed. 3/4 of my glass was foam and I had to let it die down to pour the rest. I will say the can design is pretty cool though.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Smell is a mix of bitter macro beer and strawberry cream. Taste is pretty much the same with those macro beer notes dominating. Finishes slightly bitter. Overcarbed and foamy. Pretty disappointing.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Picked up single can from Heritage Liquors in Maplewood, Minnesota. Over-carbonation made this beer go BOOM! What ever was left pours a semi-hazy golden straw colored brew with a thick off-white head that quickly dissipated and leaves behind some thin film top and lacing. Aroma of golden grain malt, strawberries and a hint of citrus. Taste is light to medium bodied, lots of carbonation with flavors of strawberries, white bread and a touch of citrus. Finish is semi-sweet with a short lived strawberry aftertaste.
