Pleasant hop aromatics, grapefruit and grass.
Cloudy amber, low head.
Medium to light body. Fine sparkly mouthfeel.
Nice drink.

on tap-offwhite head with heavy lacing-gold. A-crisp citrus zest/pine, some lt malt. T- crisp citrus zest/pine hop with some bite, 2nd lt malt.

Draft at theAlum’s wedding. I drank a good amount of this at the celebration. Hazed yellow amber with a white head. Sweet doughy malts some pine and tropical. Bitter juicy hops green tropical. Sweet dry bitter. Really tasty. 8/4/8/4/16

Not much we tried at Destihl was that impressive, though this was one of the exceptions. Probably because I generally like anything with Citra hops... I’m easy to please. Medium bodied, grapefruit and grass. Tried with Nick in Normal in 2012.

Draft during theAlum’s wedding. Thanks! Pretty awesome here, mostly late hopped. Pours a hazed gold with a persistent frothy head. Nose is bright, lots of tropical fruit, citrus and resin. Clean overall, light malt. On tasting, nice level of medium-high bitterness and tons of juicy hop flavor. Crisp and clean, tropical fruits and citrus. Malt to support. Superb IPA here.

Draft at sugar maple. Clear diacetyl in the nose. Butterscotch and maple. Not an IPA, but tasty.

On tap @ the brewpub in Champaign. Medium orange amber, a little hazy, light white head. Nice pine and citrus aroma and flavour with a long bitter finish. Very nice.

Pour is a bright copper with a small white head. Aroma is a nice floral, grapefruit, citrus hop. Flavor is about the same lots of hop bitterness with a big citrus note. The hops push all the malts to the backround but I think that is what they were going for here. A enjoyable hop bomb.

Draft on tap at the brewpub (Normal, IL). Pours a rich deep copper amber hybrid color. A gentle haze and moderate frothy whitish head sits atop and laces pretty well, sticks around as a film. Aromas are rich and vibrant Citra. Tropical fruit, mango, and huge grapefruit. Lemons, florals, and touches of biscuits, pale malts. Big juicy fruit aroma. Initial is medium bodied, perhaps a touch lighter. Allowing some bigger imbibing, this beer brings a firm dry bitterness up front. Grapefruit and peel, florals, lemons. Touches of tropical fruit. Middle gets a touch malty, reminding of dry cereal and bread, nothing too sweet. Firm bitterness bleeds into the backend and lingering finish with touches of soap, dry florals, and rich citrus lingering hops. A touch prickly. Flavorful. Quite nice display of the Citra, fresh and bitter without getting sweet in the malt area, and not overdone and just hops. Well put together experience here by the guys.
