Bottle pour split. Pours a dark reddish orange color with a fading head. Dark fruit, wood, and caramel malt aroma. Very unique sour. Thick creamy body with a lot of caramel candy like flavor and some dark sour fruit. Good, sour sipper for me. Good stuff.

Garnet/mahogany pour with a small eggshell head. Beautiful combination of sweet, sour, and acidic...very drinkable. Hint of smoke, moderate toffee, smidge of char, touch of tart. Enjoyed this one.

500ml bottle. Tart apple and cherry aroma with the lightest hint of smoke. Pours dark brown with a ruby hue, thin tan head and no lacing. Starts with some sweet caramel flavors with faint smoke. Finishes tart with apple and cherry flavors as well as lactic acidity and a red wine-like taste on the finish. Interesting brew.

Bought at Lizardville in Akron. Pours a very deep reddish brown with a small offwhite head. Aroma is tart dark fruits, slight burnt malts, and wood barrel. The taste is tart dark fruits like cherry, blackberry, and black raspberry. Add in some roasted malts and caramel with a finish of light acidity and tartness. Smooth low carb. Great flavor and finish.

Not the best sour from Destihl. This one’s funk flies under the radar and is covered up to a degree by its pretty powerful sweetness. Not bad. Courtesy of Dave.

Lactic sour aroma and flavor. Woody. Has a slight odd metallic flavor but it is slight. Mostly lactic sourness maybe 4 of 10. Has some woody fruitiness to it. Quite nice sour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Shared 500ml. bottle poured to snifters, showing a clear, ruby highlighted, brown tone, with a presentable layer of tan head froth, and spotty lacing. The nose was esters as concord grape & raisin, tartness, with a bit of malt toastiness & sweetness. The taste followed with more expression than the aroma, showed more tartness, light sweetness, a bit of tannic astringency, decent carbonation, and medium body. Quite tasty.

Bottle from D&Q. Pours a clear copper with small beige head. The aroma is oak, toasted malt, caramel. Thin mouthfeel, sour apple, oak, light dryness, good.
