Pours very pale yellow almost like water with no head. Aroma is ginger, phenolic and medicin cabin. Flavour is ginger, very sweet and phenolic notes.

Bottled. A very light yellow beer with a rim of white head. Th aroma has notes of ginger and chilis. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, and a bit og ginger and chili, leading to a dry finish. Boring. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Medium body, very sweet and sugary, no maltiness and again no real ginger character which I suppose is a problem when sold a s a Ginger Beer. More like a soft drink really. 180313

Clear lighgt light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually no lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light apple, wine, ginger notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, citrus, syrup sweet, peppery finish, ginger, apple cider alike. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20121211]
