Pours clear, dark amber red with a small but creamy head. Sweet and malty aroma with notes of caramel, toffee, red berries and dried fruit. Very sweet flavour; toffee, caramel, ripe fruit and hazel nuts. Pretty good, but just a little bit too sweet for me.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy aroma aroma with hoppy hints. Sweetish malty spicy licorice and caramel flavor with hoppy hints. Has a sweetish malty spicy caramel hoppy finish.

Bottle at the DISOB tasting, Den Haag. Poured a murky dark brown colour with a frothy tan head. The aroma is rich and alcoholic leading to a strong bitter, alcoholic, fruity flavour with bags of liqourice on the palate. A very decent barley wine.

Bottle @ ABCBeers, Dean’s scared of beer tasting. Hazy brown pour. Aroma of cookies, raisins, cognac and brown sugars. Flavor is sweet, bready with dough and cookies. Weird brew, definitely unique.

Pours nice deep red with a small, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet and vinious. Caramel, raspberries, strawberries, toffee, light pepper. Low carbonation, fat and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of toasted malts, pepper, figs, light astringency, light grainy. Lingering vinious and malty bitter finish. Very nice.

Bottle from Systembolaget, thanks to Dazz3. Somewhat hazy amber beer with a small but lasting beige head. Malty fruity aroma, caramel, fruity, cream notes, peach, grapes, toffee and chocolate notes. Malty fruity aroma, caramel, vinous, alcohol, toffee notes, marcipan. Good beer but i think it is a bit artificial.
