@ Havregatan. Bottle (500 ml) from Backe Vin, Helsingör. Fruity and malty, yeasty and caramely, sweet with alcoholic notes, medium body with an oily texture. The finish is dry, bitter, fruity and yeasty.

Real Danish Belgian. A lovely colour, not much in the way of a definate aroma, but the taste is sweet at the start, with caramels, toffee, figs and even plums? Good bitter finish. A good chest warmer.

500 ml bottle, thanks Timo A. Pours a hazy orange brown colour with a small head. Aroma of strong green apples, some sweetness and caramel. Flavour of green apples, mild caramel notes, grass, some mango and some yeast. Medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel and high-ish carbonation. Some very interesting apple notes. Good.

50 cl bottle @ Timo A.
Pours clear amber color with a small rapidly dissipating head. Aroma of caramel malts, ripe fruits, some toffee, yeast and spices, faint pumpkin also. Flavor of caramel malts, faint alcohol notes, fruits, some melon and toffee. Sweet sticky palate, fruity finish. Quite nice actually.

Scent of copper and even a little malt sweetness. The taste may not be the typical Belgian in style. Rather bitter taste. Decent long finish. Okay beer according to me since this is not my strong point of the beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, brunt socker, honung med toner av torkad frukt, främst russin och apelsin. Stor sötma, fruktig med en lite pepprig beska. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle bought in Copenhagen, marked as 9.6%, pours a clear dark chestnut with a thick creamy foam, nose is heavy and sweet malt-wine, with a light musty yeasty note. Initially sweet on the palate too, but then the alcohol and a generous hoppy bitterness cut in. Heavy bodied, with earthy and musty notes, a little spiciness and quite a lot of candy sweetness - the hops and alcohol mostly balance, but there is still a slightly cloying edge.

0,5 L på flaske, 9,6 %, købt på Det Lille Bryggeri, 14. august 2013. Rødbrun klar øl med hvid skumtop ca. 1 1/2 cm tykkelse. Aroma af tørret frugt. Dejlig kraftfuldt alkoholindtryk og sødme i smagen. Smag af figner? Dyb intens bitterhed i eftersmagen. Indledes med sødme og slutter af med bitterhed. Lettere vinøs. Rimelig balance mellem de tre indhold: krop, humleprofil og alkoholdstyrke. Middel kulsyreindhold. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
