Danish: Barrel Aged Barley Wine er brygget i 2009, har lagret 1 år hvoraf de første 6 måneder har været på franske egetræsfade. Barrel Aged Barley Wine er en meget kraftig øl, hvor der er brugt store mængder malt og humle. Vil fortsat modnes i mange år.

Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy to creamy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, dark dried fruit, light chocolate and coffee, oak notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20100507]

Fløska. Black colour, small beige ehad. Sweet well malted woody dark fruity aroma. Good mouthfeel. Sweet dark fruity and malty flavour with wood, bitter hops and a bit vanilla in the finish. Nice.

Bottle at Københavns Ølfestival 2010. Black coloured with a small beige head. Sweet aroma of caramel and dried fruits with notes of cookies and alcohol. Sweet flavour of caramel, dried fruits and hops with notes of oak, alcohol and vanilla. Sweet and warming alcoholic finish.
